My 1st order arrived the next day, 2nd took a few days longer as they were awaiting stock. Excellent communication from phone calls to updates on delivery. I was concerned about ordering a helmet online, especially with the current virus situation. (Had someone else tried it on e.t.c.) concern quashed, helmet arrived, packed superbly and the helmet hadn’t been out of the box. Not visited an Infinity store in years, as there are none local to me. However, if the online service is anything to go by, I wouldn’t hesitate to call in regularly.
