The people I dealt with by email, and on the phone, were excellent but the wrong product was sent. I ordered a Garmin Zumo XT and was sent a Garmin Zumo 396.
I then had to go into town to the Post Office to return the item and wait days for my refund.
Needless to say, I then went into a shop (Helmet City) and bought one off the shelf.
