We have been advertising both our holiday properties with Independent Cottages for just over a year after recommendations from friends. Our personal experience has been fantastic and in our opinion certainly match the ‘big boys’ in terms of firm bookings. Many guests do not realise their booking incorporate booking fees, which frustrates us considerable, and with Independent Cottages there is none of this. Their listing fees are extremely fair and I would not hesitate in either listing any future rentals with them or indeed looking for holiday accommodation myself.
