I was a little hesitant about booking through a website I didn't know much about, especially since the price seemed to be so much less expensive than other quotes I got for the same Home Buyer report service. Within a week of signing up and paying the fee, a surveyor from Connell's had completed the survey on the property we are purchasing and one week after that, we had it in hand for our review. Connell's also provided the survey for the property we are selling under instruction of our buyers and I'm lead to believe they paid a higher price for the same service.
