Survey took place which was booked by iMyHome but they subcontract it to a company called Quantum Valuations. Was told prior to booking the survey that I could obtain indicative verbal feedback same day. Having chased over 8 times, no feedback, nobody following up with me on the situation. They just do not care. Very disappointed as it's holding up a lot of my other obligations.
