Ordering a non standard sized shade from the Imbue website was very straightforward. I had previously ordered samples which really helped to get the effect the shade would provide. The catalogue which was included also gave a better idea of what the shades would look like.
The company kept me up to date with shipping and telephoned me when it went to the courier. It was very well packaged and arrived the following morning.
The shade is beautiful and gives a lovely light. I am a very delighted customer!
