The first guy was so nice and polite picked up the stuff from the house as I have an operation and couldn't put the bags boxes outside
However the second guy was a bit rude and rushed me to get my books from the boxes to the bags and was telling me he hasn't got time to wait for me so most of the stuff was left behind
