The original sales experience was good. However the sales person Ricky neglected to tell us there was a charge for the Crain delivery and mislead us in a couple of the features on the tub.
Katy was great in rectifying these issues and was very helpful.
Chia who installed the tub was fantastic. He was very helpful and explained everything really well.
