This is one of the worst insurers I had to deal with... very unprofessional, not doing their job right, complicating things and in general just rubbish. I had to constantly chase every day what was happening with my claim. It was recorded wrong and just complicated things and till now I suffer from their bad decisions. Hard to get anything out of them, been ignored and fobbed off. Very poor service and lack of support. Would not recommend to anyone.
