I've used Tom Boswell trees at two addresses, once to completely clear a garden so that it could be landscaped, and the second time to pollard two massive trees and thin a few others. On both occasions the team arrived on time, completed the job without a word of complaint, and left the spaces looking lovely without any trace of their having been there. They also reduced the bill on the first job, unasked, because it hadn't taken as long as anticipated.
