“Ordered size 10 which when tried on was a little too small, exchanged for size 11 with out any problem at all which fitted perfectly . Great service from start to finish.”

“I ordered a women's size 9 but when they arrived they were too small. The box was marked 42 which is actually an 8. I've taken a 9 throughout my adult life and that has always translated as a size 43. Very dissappointing as I'd chosen this company because they have size 9s available but I felt I'd been misled. However, I was given a refund with a trouble free return. No point in me ordering anything else as it's not going to fit me !”
