Excellent service provided by lettings manager (Nathan). He has helped with several issues that have arisen over the past two years. He has arranged for contractors when necessary and has also liased with the tenant and also the other landlord when appropriate. He is usually available to contact but returns my calls if this is not the case. Very approachable and knowledgeable. Other staff members at Home also very helpful in helping and passing messages on. Good working practice.
