Ordered item in 1st July and paid for next day delivery. Had text on 2nd saying it would be here on 3rd. Actually received it on 4th but it was the wrong colour. Rang company who said the lateness was down to parcel force and the item we wanted would not be in stock until 13th. We received it eventually on the 15th which was 13 days late. Home Fix did agree to refund the cost of next day delivery.
