Bought some weatherproof walking trousers from this company & regretted it! Guaranteed refund they said - what a joke! What they didn't say is that it NOT a UK company & any goods have to be returned to Canada. The company "name" is very misleading in my view. Going to have to go to Small Claims Court to get my refund. My advice: stay away!
