“Appointed by the high court to oversee my farthers estate in 2016. Its now 2022 and after 6 years still no resaloution, only heard from them a handfull of times in 6 years after constantly trying to get in touch with them some times no comunication from them for over a year at a time , There inital fee for the handling of my farthers estate was over £83,000 pounds back in 2016 , I dont really need to say anymore do i , From today ive had to file an offical complaint and report them to the s r.a In my own personal opinion they are the worst solicitors ever , Trust them at your own risk”

“We agreed £5,250 + VAT to conduct a piece of work. However, a year later once the document was finalised they then tried stating a invoice of £8,750 + VAT was due due to additional work that went into it. They just referred to there terms of business however, I think this is totally unacceptable as no point throughout the project was I informed of the additional costs. I am also frustrated as I have had to chase this project from start to finish. With long periods off up to 10 weeks to get a simple response to a email or update.”

“Excellent service received by Andy Shaw and his team. After being off for a year after a car accident, Andy made sure he understood the complex agreements and salary structures at my work. “I would not recommend this company. They give poor advice and I have had to continually phone to for up dates and the instructions that I ask were not followed by the Solicitor. In the end the case was time barred and all was lost. I am now taking legal action against this company.”

“We used Higgs and Sons after my husband was involved in a serious car accident last year. Our solicitor was very understanding and he kept us updated throughout the claims process.
