I did purchase a item from Hervia for brother’s birthday a week after New Year’s Day. They have delivered a totally different item with my order during this Xmas and New year period. Checked their policies said no cash refund for customer outside UK and Europe , return postage is not covered by Hervia. Why they need customer to pay postage for their mistake in the first place? Policy does not specify any procedure they would take for wrong item delivery. Does it mean they would operate every purchase transaction always right for customer. Very bad and annoying experience.
