So we called Customer Service, we got the 'Customer Satisfaction DIrector', should be called Customer 'Dissatisfaction' Director.
Who has to be the most incomptetent person I have ever dealt with. Has no idea about chemistry, and would not put me in contact with someone who did in the company!
