Great customer service, the helmet was delivered within the timeframe given and arrived in a smart storage bag. The actual helmet is strong, feels secure and with all the research behind it I know I can trust it to look after my head in case of an accident. The helmet is also really comfortable, looks good and I've been overwhelmed with compliments on its aesthetic. Being able to fold the helmet is a huge plus, as a commuter being able to squeeze it into my bag and not worry about damaging it gives me great peace of mind. Overall a great buy, totally worth every penny.
