Fitter was meant to be there between 8 and 10, turned up at 12.40. Left my house in a right mess took me 3 hours to clean up and had to paint my stair walls as had been scratched and scraped all the way up. Also damaged boiler cupboard which had to be replaced. Heatable rang and asked me about there service, told them said they would investigate and get back to me but never did. Shocking service, l avoid if you want a proper job doing

I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the service Heatable provided.

As discussed during our follow up call, we asked for some images of the 'damage' which was caused to your property so that our after sales team could investigate it further, unfortunately, they do not appear to have received anything from you?

Having spoke directly to the engineer, he advised that the space around the boiler had quite a few belongings (fishing tackle etc). He had to move it all in order to properly access the space around the boiler. If these were not put back as they were originally, I can only apologise.

From what I can see, the actual installation, was carried out to a high standard. I feel that a 1 star review does not properly reflect the overall service which you received.
