They came back very quickly with various helpful options, without any sales pressure, and at a much lower price and which also included the top rated boiler by Which, the flushing out of the system, a wireless controller, new horizontal flue and the guarantee of no further price add-ons for any extra bits of plumbing. We were given various options for dates to suit our diary and the engineer turned up on time on our chosen day. The installation was carried out cleanly and efficiently. We were kept informed all the way through the process from the initial order to the final instructions on how to use the installed equipment. All the relevant paper work for the Gas Safe Building Regs. Cert and the 10 year warranty Cert. were sent to us very quickly after Heatable contacted us to ask if everything was to our satisfaction. We have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Heatable.
