It is good and meat is clean as it should be but I feel communication should be better. As they sell meat with bones and fat factored into the weight but when you ask for the fat to be trimmed they give you less than a KG. So for 1KG of lamb shoulder with fat and bone taken off they charge you the same and only give you 720g and don’t tell you that before hand. Normally butchers charge you for what u actually take home.
