Very good quality meat, better than anything I have found on the high street, and always arrives on time. Haven't had had any issues with substitutions either. Well packaged and always delivered cool.
The options for what cut to choose on things like lamb shoulder (small, med, large, whole) are really useful to cut your own prep time down.
