Vincent just celebrated my new Sony laser projector arrived at 9pm ( he’s a busy guy ) couldn’t get rid of him ( in a good way ) having finished the projector he was still a little unhappy with the performance of my new Pioneer LX800 disk player so stayed to re set that too . Apart from being a really nice guy he is obviously a perfectionist and doesn’t want to leave until he is 100% happy he’s done all he can . If your spending big bucks to maximise performance the finishing touch is Vincent . This is the second time I’ve used his services and can’t recommend highly enough 👍Allan Whittle
