It's a shame the stars only go up to 'very good'. I would rate this service 'superb' for two reasons. First, Vincent is incredibly professional. Setting up the appointment was really easy and Vincent was very prompt. He explained everything that was going on during the calibration in a way that was easy to understand. He also took the time to show us what the old settings looked like and enabled us to switch between the old and new so that we could easily see the improvement. Second, the improvement in picture quality that Vincent achieved is nothing short of staggering. The cost of the calibration is some of the best money I've spent on AV. The picture is absolutely beautiful -sometimes it's hard to concentrate on the movie or TV programme because I'm just looking at he stunning quality of the picture all the time. It really is worth getting a good television professionally calibrated - Vincent really knows what he is doing. Fabulous service and experience. And Vincent is a lovely guy and a real pleasure to deal with.
