We bought a VW Tiguan (17 plate) We was lied to from the very beginning. Told us the car had had 1 owner and had been looked after ‘perfectly’ by a lady. Turns out the car actually had 2 previous owners.. to say the least the steering wheel looked as though it had been chewed! There was numerous lights on the dash board after less than a month of having it the car. However during summer we took a trip away.. on the way back the car was skipping gears (dangerous to drive especially when we have our son in the car) we got back home and rang the recovery team who told us the car needed a new brain!! Why?! If the car had been looked after so well.. we got it into the heyselden garage who told us the part would take between 7-10 days to arrive from Germany.. frankly the part was in the car and fitted the following day by 2pm. Suspicious this car part wasn’t new!! I emailed and never had replies, I rang and never got called back. I’d NEVER recommend this company! They lie through there back teeth to make a sale.
