Arrived just after 11am having paid extra for it to arrive before 11am and this was surcharge refunded without asking. The delivery driver was apologetic, very polite and helpful. When chasing the delivery up, the customer services team were effective. The product itself is pretty good. A few of the turfs were too thin in places so having levelled the soil perfectly, the surface will be a little uneven in places. Some of the turfs had quite contrasting grass types so I would imagine the lawn will have a few patches in some areas but overall it's looking good and seems to be taking well. Not perfect but would certainly use this company again, because they were good to deal with.
