The session was fine and I have no issues with the therapist. What I really have to question is the general operations of the first session. You ask your customers to use skype but do not provide any instruction as to how to set it up, how to use it. In the first session I spent 10 minutes trying to work out how to call the therapist and even when I called Harley Therapy for support I do not think they knew how it worked. When you are paying so much for a session you kind of expect to just be able to go to your emails, click a link and then join a call. I have never seen anything like this in the past year and although it is a small thing it makes me question the quality of the operations as this is such a basic error.
