I ordered 2 advent calendar (1 whiskey and 1 bourbon). Box arrived with major damage. Inside the bubble pack 1 calendar had multiple stains almost looked used. The second has a crunched corner. The two bottles of bourbon I also ordered appear fine. Also was no invoice /packing slip in box. Just a generic flyer saying they'd substituted something with no explanation of what. (Nor did I get a call or email confirming I was okay with it before they did it) Sitting here horribly sad since both advent calendars are not in any shape to give to someone. Will call Monday to discuss with company.
