The job wasn't done properly, though the handyman was nice about it and actually didn't have the equipment at the time to do it - so I didn't blame him, it just wasn't completed and I had to buy all the equipment and do it myself the week later. Given this, the fee for the job was very expensive, and when I explained and asked to review the fee, they gave my number straight back to the handyman rather than talk to me themselves, making it very confrontational. I paid the fee to avoid the awkwardness.
Unprofessional and expensive.
