I interacted with Lisa at Hammerton and the service has been absolutely excellent so far. After an initial quick live chat on a Sunday afternoon and a phone conversation Lisa had sent me a number of villa options weighing a few hours and was then extremely patient and gave great advice as I weighed up the options over the next few days.
