I have to say we have found booking through Hammerton to be a positive experience. As most readers will know it is quite usual to find the same villa (often under different names) to be offered by multiple agents. We did have such a choice but without doubt we picked the right agent! Our booking wasn’t necessarily simple as we had a party of 5 couples to coordinate and flight availability (and hence our dates) was constantly changing. Throughout the process Mark was patient, communitive and straightforward, even confirming that there was building work nearby and this may cause disruption – many agents would not have been so honest.
