I use the growband and after 9 months of use, it has thickened my existing hair. I stopped using for a month or so due to broken pump and found my hair become thinner. I use for 20 mins or so everday. I have dealt with Sarah and Steph from a customer service point of view and found them to be excellent. Highly recommend
