I ordered from you raynocac batteries for my hearing aid. I ordered Extra size 10. (5packs of 30 cells). What arrived was the wrong size (size 13). I than wrote to let you know and you acknowledge it and than send me an empty envelope to return my wrong size batteries in, but what I did not receive was the right size 10.
So far I paid £39.75 but still waiting to get the right size batteries (size 10)
I am awaiting your quick response please.
