Dear all My daughter enjoys her time at Gymboree, following almost all the activities and having fun and interaction with other babies. Emily and Aaron are excellent professionals and always on the spot to play with her and trying to instruct her and help her follow the classes. However I would like to say that as a mother and a customer I am not satisfied to the fullest. I believe that when you are working with babies you should expect that they might not always follow your instructions. You can make an observation with a gentle way and if they still don’t follow it’s because they don’t have yet the capability of understanding. In such a case, I would expect to speak to the mother who should pass the required information to the baby. This is not happening always and by everyone. In addition, I have noticed that you have reduced the classes and open play days and hours, also a number of days per month are reduced due to weddings or parties but the membership cost remains the same which is not fair, making the classes less cost effective.
