I have been using the gruum coconut shampoo bar for a number of months now. At first I wasn't impressed but the more I use it the better my hair feels. I wash it less often and dont currently use conditioner. It has lasted me about 3 months and still have about a third of the bar left. I have just ordered the lemon shampoo and conditioner bar to see how they perform.
