I ordered the new grooming scissors case, just before their emailing system went down!
I hadn't heard anything so I messaged them on their Facebook and they replied within the hour, and once they were back in the office the next day, told me when my parcel was going to arrive.
It actually came a day earlier than they said it would! So one very happy customer!
The case is amazing, spacious and professional looking. Just what I needed!
