From placing the order through to delivery, the service was excellent, I found the entire process extremely easy, and the new line was up and running within no time. Alasdair was on hand via a screen share to help with configuration. I apply exceedingly high standards within my company when it comes to customer service and experience, Grip Communication have the same standards. I would have no concerns whatsoever recommending Grip Communication. I noted a small concern re a particular situation, this matter was addressed immediately and again the service was faultless.
