From entering the shop to the final installation our experience has been 5*. Shop staff were knowledgeable, polite & helpful; we were measured up at our home address half an hour after choosing our preferred grass. On installation day 3 fitters arrived at 8am and their manner was professional throughout. We are delighted with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Great Grass to others!
