Ordered and received my item pretty quick but unfortunately this was not suitable!
I returned this recorded delivery and this was signed for 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting for my refund to be credited to my account. Sent several emails to which I have had no reply.
I have waited the 14 days which Is your returns policy as stated on your website.
I think I have been more than patient!
