Awful company! Left with more issues than we had reported then wanted another fallout to fix THEIR ISSUES!!
I went for this company because of their positive reviews but now reading them back they are suspiciously similar “I spoke to Ben, very satisfied customer!” “I spoke to Scott”… the engineer never introduced himself so sounds like this is a company that tries to drown out 1 star review with fake 5 star reviews
