On week 6 of the 321 diet and 8lbs lost already! Only thought I had a dress size to lose originally from 14 to 12 but I have been stuck for years at a size or two more than I was happy at. I am very short so the width shows more!! The site is so useful and it has given me the focus I need to help me reach my goals. Still only a part of the journey through as I feel in control enough to get to my original size 10 self. I am so excited and have been encouraged by Rosemary, the coaches and some wonderful new friends. I am sleeping so much better, have a lot more energy and love the 321 lifestyle.
