Very happy with the service provided. Time will tell how successful the operation has been, but I am very positive about the experience and planned outcomes. Pre-op customer service was great, lots of information from Zak and Stuart. Landing in Istanbul, the driver was waiting as directed. Nice hotel and just a stone's throw from the hospital. As soon as I landed I was contacted by the patient coordinator. All very professional and friendly on the day with the Doctor and a whole team of nurses working on you. I was apprehensive about the pain, but there was none, save a little at the start for the anesthetic (ironically). The hospital is modern and looked professionally maintained as well. All seemed to go very smoothly, it is a long day though, so try and get a good nights rest prior. All post-op care has been great. The Doctor requests weekly updates with pictures and is on hand to answer any questions which is great. I do this through Whatsapp which is really convenient for me. Same goes for the Gethair guys in London. I'm looking forward to seeing the results develop over the coming year
