The customer service at GetHair is amazing, from booking the flights to coming to Turkey. The process was fully supported by Stuart who was very helpful. The only issue I had was nobody talked English in the hospital which was quite stressful due to the fact I couldn't really ask questions, and explain I was getting pain during the procedure ( The procedure was not painless.) Other than this the experience at GetHair was very professional. The staff were well trained and experienced, creating a good experience in Turkey. The hotel was also a welcoming place to stay in.
