I ordered a nearside rear hub for a Discovery 3. I mistakenly received an offside rear hub (easy mistake to make). One phone call to customer services and the problem was quickly resolved, correct part delivered first thing the next day, and I get to keep the incorrect part. Now I have a spare when the other side needs replacing. Overall a happy customer.
