When I first started driving they were the cheapest quote I could find at a whopping 200 pound a month. After the first year it went down quite considerably to about 100 a month. After the third year it dropped even more to 70 pounds a month which was great. But as soon as I mentioned I was moving house they put the insurance back up to 120 a month!? Last year they decided to cancel my policy after the app wasn’t recording my driving data but they didn’t inform me (no text no email no post) until after they had already cancelled my policy as they ‘didn’t receive any data for 3 weeks’ after numerous arguments and phone calls and after about a month I was finally able to drive my car again after they realised they did wrong and reinstated the policy. The app to record the data is an absolute joke in itself.. I am asked to use a black box after 3 years no claims and still paying 1200 a year!? The app would say I was driving 60 miles a day and driving from 8am till 6pm in one journey, when was at work and not even in my car? I emailed them about this and all they could suggest was turning my Bluetooth off while not in the car? Which I did do but still would do the same thing. Overall not a very well organised or customer friendly company. It’s mains goal is to rip off young people who are timid to this kind of stuff. 10/10 would not recommend for anyone
