Absolutely disgusted with this provider, made a claim when our cat got ill and they manipulated their policy terms to suit what they would pay out even though the vets were the one's prescribing the treatment.
I challenged the claim only to be greeted by very rude customer services guy who thought he was clever but only made himself look a prat.
If this pet insurance was the only provider left in the world, I would never go with them again.
I suggest anyone looking for cover avoid this company like the plague.
