I cancelled my insurance after buying another car and their quote was rediculous. I had paid in full and was due a £500 refund. THIS HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED after nearly 1 month. They say it has been paid but refuse to give details of account it was paid to and get hung up on on both online chat and phone. THIS HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED!!!!
