Hi. My wife has been a customer of Hastings for a number of years. And on her renewal they wanted double the amount she has never had an accident etc. On ringing Hastings we were kept waiting being promised a better deal? Any way in short i was over an hour on the telephone with cost over £14.00 with no result with a incompetent advisor
