Appalling, woeful and disgraceful level of service, wish l could give no stars just unbelievable, Hastings wasting my time since the 18th May in a non fault accident and eventually paid out on the 8th August after l demanded a bank transfer payment. The pay out would not even permit me to purchase a like for like car in my area.
