Price and initial commencement of the policy was straightforward but trying to get through to them on the phone (only option available) took 50 minutes and the staff passed me around and were unapologetic about the time you have waited, then rush you through things. Very very poor service. Hate to think what you would have to go through with them if you had to make a claim.
